1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using LuckyCrush (the "Platform" or "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately cease accessing and using the platform.

2. Mandatory Age Requirement (Strictly 18+)

LuckyCrush is explicitly designed and legally restricted to consenting adults aged 18 years or older (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction). By entering the platform, you represent and warrant that:

You are at least 18 years old.
You have full legal authority and capacity to enter into this agreement.
Accessing adult video chat platforms is permitted under the applicable laws of your country or region.

3. User Code of Conduct

To maintain a respectful environment, all participants must strictly comply with our community standard guidelines during video and text sessions. You agree NOT to:

Engage in unlawful, non-consensual, abusive, threatening, harassing, or defamatory conduct.
Transmit material containing hate speech, racial slurs, or violence.
Record, screenshot, capture, or stream any partner's video feed without their explicit prior written consent.
Use automated scripts, bots, web crawlers, or unauthorized software to manipulate matching queues.
Promote commercial spam, illegal services, fraud, or unrequested solicitations.

4. Recording & Screen Capture Ban

STRICT ZERO-TOLERANCE POLICY: Unconsented screen recording, video capture, screenshotting, or redistribution of partner video feeds is strictly prohibited and constitutes a severe breach of privacy law. Violators are subject to permanent IP bans and potential civil or criminal enforcement.

5. Service Availability & Modifications

LuckyCrush provides real-time WebRTC matching on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We reserve the right to alter, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service without notice. We are not liable for temporary service outages, network latency, or STUN/TURN connection drops caused by local internet service providers.

6. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall LuckyCrush, its operators, or affiliates be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your participation in random video calls or your interactions with other platform users.

7. Termination & IP Access Restriction

We reserve the absolute right to block, ban, or terminate platform access for any user at our sole discretion, without warning, if policy violations or safety concerns are detected by automated filters or moderation reports.
